Overview: For today's challenge, In order to remain in the game you must post in within 1 minute after I have posted the Round number.
The last Three people standing all win Individual Immunity.
Here's where it gets fun. Within each round, you are going to post the name of a contestant you want out of this challenge. If everyone posts the same name unanimously (except for that person obviously) then that person is out of the challenge. If it is not unanimous, we continue going in the challenge and no one is eliminated.
You are allowed to conspire with your tribemates in IMs for this challenge. In fact, we encourage it.
I may announce the beginning of a round at any time in the challenge using the specific words "Round #_". You should be prepared for that to happen.
If after 30 minutes the challenge is still going, we will condense the round times to 30 seconds after I have prompted.
