You will only see Tribal Council when your tribe is going there. When you do see it, it will appear here.
Tribal Council will last for 20 minutes. During that time you cannot private message or instant message your tribe mates. You can only talk publicly here with them. You can change your vote at any time before the deadline (20 minutes into Council, usually at 9:20:00 sharp). After the votes are finalized, there will be a 5 minute window before the votes are read where anyone with a Hidden Immunity Idol or advantage can play it.
