Robb,
Well, you've made it to the final 9. Single digits!!! icon_eek If you feel comfortable, it's probably time to make sure everything is as it seems. We are closer to the end than it may appear. There are only a handful of votes separating you from the cash prize in Morocco. Here's a few imperative questions to get you thinking.

1. Tell us why you didn't go for the idol tonight and explain what was going through your head at the time the twist was announced.
2. Tonight's tribal council seemed to have a lot of uncertainty and tension. Did anybody's behavior before or during the council alarm you? What did you learn and how has it changed your plans immediately and over the long term?
3. There's at least 1 idol currently in play, how much are you worried about someone being able to remain immune for the rest of the game? Do you have any plans to deal with idols in the future?
4. You just put a 4th person on the jury, that's potentially enough votes to win the game. What do you think are your jury votes right now?
5. How much are you weighing the potential of each remaining player as an opponent at FTC versus a potential jurymember? Do you have a strategy for jury management from this point forward?

Rock on Robb!

Let's do a recap. So far this is the breakdown of the final 9 in the game:

Original Ahmar: Clay, Robb
Original Fenassa: Alec, Davie, Gabby
Original Jellal: Angela, Chelsea, Donathan, Sebastian

New Ahmar: Alec, Clay, Donathan, Gabby, Sebastian
New Fenassa: Angela, Chelsea, Davie, Robb

Do any of these formations stick out to you, do you think it could impact the game going forward and does it factor into your plans?

I'm gonna talk based on my knowledge during episode 11, and no, nothing sticks out too much besides a possibly tight Alec/Gabby/Seb trio (nuAhmar) and the Chelsea + Don duo (Jellal) with Angela on the side.

That's why I NEEDED to break up Alec/Gabby/Seb that round to regain some control. If Seb went that round, this game would be oh so open.

1. I was afraid of putting an even bigger target on my back, and I felt either Chelsea would become a target after the mess that was the Pat vote, or I could pull Davie in and plan a move, but of course he was only online for 6 minutes. I was also hoping that if enough people went for it, the vote might have switched to Don, so my vote seemed more valuable than it ended up being.

2. Umm did Chelsea & Don switching their votes from Davie to Pat, telling Gabby but not me or Ang alarm me? I was frustrated with this game from the moment I found that out, all through my attempts to switch it back on Davie, and all the way through the TC that had everybody talking in morse code or whatever that bullshit was. Gabby alarmed me with how easily she was swayed to Pat without telling me any good reasons and being unwilling to make a stand and be the deciding vote. During TC, Alec & Seb annoyed me as fuck with their obscure talking. It caused paranoia, and then ended up being NOTHING, as the vote was as expected, so that left me even more annoyed by them.
It all made me see Alec/Gabby/Seb as a close trio and Don/Chelsea as a tight duo, so my next move was I MUST BREAK UP THE THREE. That was my plan beforehand as well, but I never expected it to be suck a necessity for my game. Either way, this was the vote I lost control and was left looking for options rather than choosing my options.

3. I'm not worried about someone being immune til F3, because these challenges are way too inconsistent for someone to beast all of them. Seb was practically guaranteed F5 if he didn't go after Pat, though. My plan was to give him a fat blindside at F9 which he wouldn't have expected if people were down to do it, but if that didn't work, I knew I'd be a useless number without any say over what happens to Seb.

4. It's way too early to tell. Mike/Kellyn/Pat should all be able to entertain the thought of voting for me if I'm in F3, and I don't think Steph will ever get over her grudge for me.

5. With the numbers still so big (9), I was looking to position myself better with people that wouldn't find it beneficial to get rid of me, rather than voting out those that would more likely vote for me. If I was doing that, Angela would be my next target, and that's a silly way to play right now. Once we get down to F6-5, then you can consider who serves you better on the jury bench rather than in the F3 with you.
