Jeff let me answer that for you. This is a united tribe, there is no leader. We almost always decide things unanimously so none of us are really scared in all honesty.

communication is key.... if someone is just dictating orders to me then they dont actually want to work with me and there have been people in this game who had that role and are no longer here so i think that finding people who will listen to me and can bounce ideas off of and come to a consensus that is mutually beneficial is the only way that you can really make this game work for you
