This is Mike's Final Tribal Council Thread.

All other Jurors should remain in their own threads. Final 3, remember... this is not for you to address each other, but to talk to Mike. In-fighting amongst the Final 3 should be reserved for the Live Final Tribal Council on Sunday.

Mike, you have until Saturday at 8c/9e to post your statements/questions to the Final 3. Remember not to take up too much of their time as they have 8 other jurors to get to. Please no listing or questions requiring novels for answers. You should post all of your statements/questions in your opening post in this thread. There is a live Final Council on Sunday where you will get to address everyone live about the statements they have made as well ask ask follow ups.

Sorry for not getting this out last night, I was otherwise preoccupied with important business...
First off, congrats to all of you for making it to FTC. None of us were able to do that and you should be proud.
That being said y'all fucking suck and need to convince us otherwise. I have individual questions, but one small question for everyone. I was always told that someone who truly understands something doesn't need a paragraph to explain it to someone else. In one sentence explain your game to me. Ideally keep that sentence as short as possible.

Seb
No matter how this FTC ends I hope you'll do me one favor. Go to the nearest hospital and eat a used colostomy bag. That way, for one golden moment you can be physically as full of shit as you were with me the whole game. Your other responses have insinuated you don't know what we're talking about when we claim you've fucked with jurors. You tipped me off to my vote, then offered to play your idol for me, then didn't because you were voting for me the entire time. What purpose did this serve, and can you understand why actions like this would piss off a future juror? Don't say you were checking for an idol because you guys split the vote anyways, and you only made me more likely to play it by tipping me. Small actions like these are what the other jurors are referencing. This is a good chance to explain why you made odd moves, and why they were worth leaving a bad taste in our mouths.

Don
You talked about us bonding over long distance relationships. One consistent in all relationships, especially ldr's, is that you need to put in time and effort. If you ever play this game again I recommend putting in more of both. I've appreciated the honesty in all of your responses so far, but they're too soft and sad for my liking, so I want you to get dirty with this question. Why are you a better choice for sole survivor than the people sitting next to you? Where did they fuck up, and how did you succeed where they failed?

Davie
I wanted you out pre-merge for various reasons, so I'm impressed you made it this far. You've been so quiet that coming up with an insult is hard. That is not a good thing. Early in this game, you told me you were the tauros, and you lied to me about the idol clue. I respect how despite being gone day 1, you gave out some information to build a relationship, but you didn't give out everything keeping most of the power to yourself. You didn't know we would eventually see the clues ourselves, which was unfortunate for you. Most people are talking about your immunity grab as well to get rid of Jed. I'm giving you a freebie right down center plate here, so don't fuck it up. What other strategic moves like these got you to FTC? Why do they make you worthy of being sole survivor?

Ok I actually do have a good answer for this. I wanted you to play an idol and send Alec home. I was purposefully tipping you off to try and get you to play it. I wanted you in the game longer because I thought not only were you a bigger target, but I worried about Alec’s connection with Gabby. This clearly looked really dumb of me when you didn’t have one and I played a game of Rock Paper Scissors with you at tribal, so for that I am sorry- but it wasn’t just to fuck around and be a douchebag. So that was really on me for making a wrong assumption.

Also in regards to fucking with jurors- I think I’ve stated a lot of times that I abused relationships. I just don’t think I’ve made it personal or bullied anyone in the process. I could be dead wrong but it feels like some people feel I intentionally set out here to cause pain. If I caused pain through the game I 100% admit and take fault for it. If you think I went out of my way to be a cunt then I really can’t accept that.

Describe my game in one sentence -

Perceptive, yet emotionally bankrupt.

Hi Mike! I honestly forgot about our interaction on day 2 haha, but I think a lot of my game was comprised of small things like that. I think my level of comfort with someone was related closely to whether I let them know what I was thinking strategically; some of my closer allies like Pat and Chelsea know more about my gameplay than people I viewed as a threat or didn't feel completely solid with. Obviously this can be a huge disadvantage when it comes to jury votes, as I'm basically telling you rather than showing you that I was strategically sound. I came into the merge aiming to be adaptable, and I think that flipping to the "majority" group once Pat was voted out was a big advantage for me, I'd tried often to break the unanimous votes but if you can't beat em, join em.

The challenge in which Clay quit also played a huge role in giving me the ammo I needed to get to the end. I knew that I could either throw a fit about being named most undeserving player in the game, or I could embrace it and use it to get to the final three so I would have a chance to explain why I deserved not only to be in the game, but to win.
I think that even the smallest ripples can make a big change, so I chose to make a lot of small ripples instead of one huge splash.

Hi Mike!!!!!!!!!! I know you think that I've been Too Soft and Sad

so i've been trying to bitch it up a bit and be more confident and assertive with my answers because I'm a multifaceted complex person and all of these different parts of me work together to create the mess of a person I am! I'll try to keep it brief since you requested a one sentence explanation, or maybe you don't want me to keep it brief since you said I should put more time and effort into it? Idk there's a conflicting message there so I'll see if I can find a middle ground...

Okay, dirty, filthy, nasty, too dirty to clean my act up....I'm a better choice for sole survivor than the people next to me because with Sebastian, he and I played this game together from the start. Every move we made we would come to each other and just be SO in sync that we barely ever had to discuss plans because we both just have our games aligned for the majority of the game. So if I sat here and tried to point to quantifiable moves that I made, they would probably be very similar to the arguments that he could make. However, I was never an asshole. I played this game with my heart and with the goal to spread positivity and when I saw him being arrogant at tribal councils, I knew that he was trying to push a narrative with the players in the game "bring me to the end the jury hates me!" It was super transparent lmao. While we were making similar game moves he was pissing people off I was making friends. Survivor is a social experiment and people have won this game based on likability alone I kept that aspect of the game in mind and was cognizant in the way I treated people so when we got to this point I wouldn't be at the same level as him in the way that I made people feel personally.

I am a better person to vote for over Davie because of the time and effort I put in this game. I know that was one of your complaints about me but if you think back about our time on premerge we got along really well and I put in effort to make sure that I was being included in on the action. You were out early so you can ask the last several jurors who had the chance to play with me more, I did put in an effort to have a relationship with them beyond just coming on before votes and expecting them to tell me how to vote just to save myself. I played a quiet game but that doesn't mean I was a silent player, I made sure to have conversations with as many people as I could as often as I could. I don't know if Davie can say the same.... I'm sure he probably has been saying that but if you look back at our conversations you'll see that I was there and starting conversations and being proactive in maintaining relationships, with Davie every conversation I had was me saying "yo!!!!!!!!!!" and then having the chat die because there was no rapport

Thanks for the responses guys! Maybe I wasn't clear about the single sentence. I was hoping for your response to my question to end with a single sentence that sums up your entire game to the best of your ability. Seb already included his, so I'm hoping both Don and Davie can make another post with that!

Sorry Mike!!!! You all know I love a run on sentence so I'll do my best to try not to cheat.....but keep your expectations low.

My game was not flashy in the sense that Jeff Probst would not be screaming with joy as he introduced me and the moves that I made while promoting a season of Game Changers, but it was deliberate and thought out with a basis on making relationships with people that would propel me further into this game and give me options to make it further than 18 other people.

Oh my bad Mike.
My game in one sentence would be:
Stick to what you know, maintain a small target, but don't be afraid to do what you need to get to the end.
